Macaron Care

If you’re not going to be eating all your macarons in one day, the fridge is a good place to store them, so they stay fresh for up to three days. After placing the macarons in an airtight container, place into the fridge. Remove macarons from the fridge about 20 minutes before serving. To bring out their great flavor, macarons should be eaten at room temperature.

If  you need to keep macarons fresh and tasty past three days, we recommend you freeze them. When kept in the freezer, macarons will keep well for about 3 to 4 months without losing any of their texture or flavor. Just remember to place them in an airtight container. It’s recommended that frozen macarons be placed in the refrigerator the day before serving them.

Be careful when handling macarons, the delicate meringue shells can crack under too much pressure.

Classic Cookie Care

Storage: First week, store your drop cookies in an airtight container on the kitchen counter. This will help them retain their texture and taste.
Freezing: If you’re not planning to consume your cookies within a week, you can extend their shelf life by freezing them for three to four months.
Defrosting: Allow the cookies to defrost at room temperature. This will help maintain their original texture and flavor. Avoid using a microwave or oven for defrosting, as it can compromise the cookie’s quality.

Remember: Freshness is Key!

While your drop cookies are carefully baked to stay delicious for an extended period, enjoying them sooner rather than later ensures the best taste and texture.
